Namaste

Yoga is a way of life, the culture of tomorrow. Whatever you perceive, perceive it with sublime equanimity.

Swami Satyananda Saraswati – Dynamics Of Yoga

There are thousands of reasons why one should do yoga, and there are also many reasons why people stay away from yoga. Becoming more mindful, strong, patient and flexible are a few reasons why one should practice yoga… not having enough time, or not being sufficiently flexible, are just some reasons people are afraid to start yoga.

The truth is that yoga is not just about the body’s capability; it’s a way of life, a way of connecting to higher realms of possibilities, a new way to feel and experience your own body and mind.

Yoga is about finding yourself. About understanding your body through the asanas, connecting with your breath through Pranayama, and working toward controlling your mind through meditation.

Each person is different and will progress at his or her own pace. That’s why each yoga class should be adapted to the students capabilities.

Through my teacher training courses I have studied different styles of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, partner yoga, pregnancy yoga...). I have also practiced further styles (such as yin and bikram) in my own time, to learn from each tradition what is most suited to my own body and needs.

I want to offer classes that reflect each person’s personality and capability, classes according to your level, objective and expectations.

Please join me to take time for yourself, practice mindfulness, explore your body, breathe deep and bring balance to everything in your life.

Yoga allows you to rediscover a sense of wholeness in your life, where you do not feel like you are constantly trying to fit broken pieces together.”
